Not the case with the tech Thomas, he arrived on time followed covid-19 precautions was professional and respected my home. He took the the time to evaluate the problem and actually wanted to resolve it; and wait he knew what he was doing. He took pride in his trade and the equipment he arrived in reflected the company's same mind set."

"I waited to write this review because I wanted to make certain that the repairs were done. This is the first time after using various plumbers that one of my toilets in the Master Bath was actually repaired. In the past, plumbers have been unable to repair this toilet for any length of time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. No past plumbers (there have been many) diagnose the running toilet properly. It was not the flapper or something else that was conjured up by previous technicians in which the repair would only last a day or so. However, this was not the case with Anytime Home Services. I am so fortunate that American Home Shield sent out Anytime. The previous company that was sent out did not diagnose the problem properly, and I refused to have them sent out the same company. Unfortunately, Anytime Home Services had to come out after the other company did not resolve my two problems--the garbage disposal and the toilet. Luckily, I have two toilets in my master bath. Thus, I was able to use the other toilet. I truly feel fortunate that Anytime was able to resolve a problem that has taken years to resolve! I truly recommend this company!"
